Board of Directors
President
Chih-Wu Chang
Dedicated to community service, Chih-Wu is a supporter of the ACLU, NAACP, ASPIRE, Meals-on-Wheels, and Sierra Club. Chih-Wu has a Master's Degree in Medicinal Chemistry and MBA and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®.) He is the Co-Founder and current President of Carlsbad Democrats to promote Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI.) Chih-Wu was appointed the Housing Commissioner of Carlsbad by the Mayor's Office.

Secretary
Eileen Lundquist
Published author of the semi-autobiographical novel, Wings of Silk (www.llundquist.com), Eileen was born in Beijing, China and the great-granddaughter of a Chinese railroad worker. She was a former lead engineer working at Lucent Technologies in the telecommunications industry, and holds a BA in Applied Math and Statistics from SUNY Stony Brook as well as an MS in Computer Science from University of Illinois. She joined the OCA Chicago Chapter in 1996 and served as the Vice President. OCA has strengthened her American Chinese identity.

Pei-Tei Chang
Pei-Tei is the current Director of Finance for the Carlsbad Democrats Club.

Vice President
Leah Tsao
Past chapter president and OCA National Nominations Committee member. Actively participated in community organizations from the IRC to San Diego Asian Film Festival, to KPBS Radio, Leah recently worked in the Offices of Institutional Effectiveness at SDCCD where she supported data survey and reporting needs for Mesa College's AANAPISI grant. She currently serves on a panel for NEA theatre grants as a public member and with the US Department of State, also as a public member, for DOS promotions boards.
