Served as Board Co-Chair of the Chinese American Service League of Chicago. Jennifer helped rebuild the board to ensure sustainability and coordinated fundraising and volunteer events with the objective of supporting CASL's service to Chicago's Chinatown community. She is currently the Culture and Communities Archivist at Cal State University San Marcos.

Jim Lin is a University of California at San Diego math professor. He worked at UCSD from 1974 until 2014. In 1986, without telling the math department, he taught the first course in Asian American Studies. In 1988 he obtained Academic Senate approval for a Minor in Asian American Studies. Working together with Chicano Studies and African American Studies, they were able to obtain Academic Senate approval for a Department of Ethnic Studies in 1990. One of the key problems for Asian Americans is their lack of visibility in the US. Asian Americans constitute over 22 million and are the fastest growing minority in the US. But because Asian American Studies is not taught in the public schools, the American public has little understanding of the history, culture, arts and immigration patterns of Asian Americans. The UCSD Ethnic Studies Department teaches Asian American Studies to thousands of students each year. The Department of Ethnic Studies also has its own PhD program. Yen Espiritu a member of the department has supervised numerous PhDs who teach Asian American Studies around the country. The Ethnic Studies Department also graduated a MacArthur Genius Fellow in African American Studies. Jim is also one of the founders of the UCSD Cross Cultural Center, one of the most used spaces on campus. The Cross Cultural Center will be celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2025. Jim retired in 2014, but has continued to support diversity efforts at UCSD.

Served as OCA Chicago Chapter Board President and is one of the founding members of the San Diego chapter established in 2021. Woon-Wah is a retired Corporate Securities Attorney and continues her role as the governance advisor for OCA San Diego.

Sam is the Director of Leadership & Professional Development of the NonProfit Institute at the University of San Diego, and is also Adjunct Faculty@University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences. Previous experiences include Equity Impact Manager@Office of Equity & Racial Justice; State Policy Manager@ Alliance San Diego ;Building Power Fellow of the Rockwood Leadership Institute;Assistant Director, 21st Century China Center @ UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy.

Here, I am dedicated to honoring the museum’s rich legacy while advancing its mission to foster inclusivity, preserve cultural heritage, and inspire a more connected community.
